Cafe Impromptu - Derbyshire Dales

Stranded with a broken down car, I popped in for coffee and cake, with my dog, and was made so welcome. The staff went out of their way to look after me in a stressful situation. My dog had water and a blanket to sit on, and I had coffee, tea, delicious cake, somewhere warm to wait on a freezing day and even assistance with arranging rescue, which was above and beyond the service one could expect. Thank you so much to all of you.

How refreshing was it to walk into this eatery, state that I am coeliac and to be met with the response no problem with an air of confidence! GF full english breakfast with gluten-free sausages, hash browns, and gluten-free bread! Amazing! Lovely people and lovely atmosphere!

Well, where do I start Nice comfortable atmosphere, me and my business partner opted at the specials board after a meeting locally, I had a barbecue pulled pork baguette which was delicious, very filling, comes fries and lovely homemade coleslaw, my partner had beef bourguignon with the mustard mash, very flavoursome and the beef cooked exceptional I feel like I could bring clients here for a meal after another meeting Looking forward to trying more from the menu as some of the other guests meals looked well prepared and smelt delicious This is definitely a fantastic find I will be returning promtu
