Overall the restaurant was clean, service was fast, but the food might as-well been a gas station sandwich. For the quality and quantity of food I received, I was very disappointed for what amounted to a $15 meal.

Best Mac Cheese ever! Love the tomato soup! Best ever! This store is so clean and the service is impeccable friendly!

All in all the food was fine. A big disappointment for me was the switch to these highly caffeinated drinks. Aside from being seriously unhealthy, there were no herb teas which were delightful. I don 't drink soda so my only option was caffeinated black tea. When I asked the manager about it, he rolled his eyes. When I asked whose bright idea it was to remove the herbal teas he casually said, corporate, and walked away. Later I found a woman named Teresa who was considerably more pleasant. She validated my displeasure of the drink options and said she, too, enjoyed the herb teas. I told her I would be contacting corporate. She said she hoped to see us again soon.

As usual....they didn't have any of the bagels I wanted. They never make enough food each day, yet the say they donate leftovers to the homeless. Make more food will ya! Thanx

Order of delivery. a part of the order was wrong, and each of the bagels was rock-hard, stone and tasteless. I checked my acknowledgement and they had all listed correctly on the acknowledgement, but still managed to make it wrong. first and last experience with them. So not happy, $50 in bagels and desserts the drain below.
