Bionicos Plus - Downey

Today i decided to stop by here with my kids, and nephews. I used to come here everyday in the mornings for my Green or Vampire juice , I have ordered trays of fruit in the past every time any family or friend would ask about a fruit or natural juice I would always with no hesitation , automatically recommend this location to them , today I had a very bad experience with a worker here , as I placed my order with her she seemed to be having a bad day from the start, she already had an attitude, I still ordered I asked if they still had regular scoop of ice cream’s I did not see them upfront like before, she said yes and I placed a regular therapy blend number seven with almond milk, but as the order came up I noticed a weird drink , not what I usually order so I then asked and said excuse me I don’t think this is what I order , it was supposed to be a number seven , her with a very rude voice and attitude responded that’s why I asked you , and I said yes and even when you asked me I told you it was a therapy blend number seven , she rolled her eyes , I asked if they can please fix it and make it right I did paid and would like to get the drink I ordered so she kept on and another worker came to make it right. I myself work at a restaurant I understand we have bad days, I get it but it wasn’t something they couldn’t fix even if it was a misunderstanding, but why get loud disrespectful and give a horrible attitude to a paying customer. Just very disappointed over the treatment today .

Purchased a napolitana and upon home arrival I realized they did not add all the ingredients. I called immediately, and I was told to go back the next day for a replacement. Next day, they did not want to give me my napolitana because the person I talked to did not write a note.Pretty annoying.Definitely not going back.Horrible customer service :

Ive been coming here for years, this place has very good juices and lots too choose from.. From juices to smoothies to nutrition you name it this place has it, theyre busy on certain days i love coming here

Disappointed the lady was super rude with me and my daughter we just asking about the ingredients of the pitalla bowl and she was like I don't know the ingredients yes look at the picture I feel d and not welcome
