Catfish Charlie's - Dubuque

I had a fantastic experience with the fish and shrimp creole served alongside rice. The Cajun spices and flavors were outstanding, making it a truly delicious dish. My wife ordered the fried catfish and was also very pleased with her meal. We absolutely love this restaurant, and whenever we're in Dubuque, we will definitely return.

You were fantastic! The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Despite the restaurant being very busy, we didn't have to wait for anything. My wife and I had a lovely dinner with a view of the river and docks. Our server, Laura, was wonderful, and we never had to ask for anything.

If you're in search of a unique dining experience with great flavors, friendly people, and beautiful views, I highly recommend visiting Catfish Charlie's! The food is incredibly delicious, with a variety of options that cater to all tastes. The service is top-notch and delivered with a nice touch. This is definitely one of my favorite places to eat! While it may be a bit pricier, it's worth every penny! Some of my favorite dishes include the BBQ Sampler, the applewood smoked prime rib, and their chocolate caramel bread pudding, which is hands down the best dessert I've ever tasted—each time I have it, I'm thrilled! Don’t miss out on Charlie!

I've eaten there on my way through the city. I wanted something with a look. Sat outside, nice deck. Don't look as great as expected. But food was excellent and so was the service. Would certainly return.

Food comes in large portions, definitely should have shared with someone else at my table. Very filling and lots of fun choices for food and alcohol. The food was warm and very clearly freshly made. Locals clearly enjoy the place and the staff was very friendly and the manager came by to check on the table as well. If you are in town, definitely consider Catfish Charlie's for lunch or dinner.
