Contribuisci feedbackThe restaurant is in disarray. Tickets are piled up and employees are not attending to them. They repeatedly asked for my order instead of checking the monitors and receipts. I asked for my bagel to be toasted multiple times with no acknowledgment. They gave it to me claiming it was toasted, but it wasn't. It took ten minutes to get a coffee and bagel because they couldn't coordinate customer orders. They even served a group order faster than mine. Avoid this location and don't use the drive-thru unless you want to be there for 30 minutes. Read other reviews before visiting.
The customer service here is excellent. I usually only order coffee drinks, but they are always delicious.
I have visited this Dunkin' Donuts location about 5 times due to its convenient location, but that is the only positive aspect of it. Every time I have been there, I have encountered terrible service. The wait times are very long, they are frequently out of items, and their machines, including the oven, are often broken. It is disappointing that even though this is a new Dunkin' Donuts, it has consistently provided poor service. It seems like corporate needs to intervene and replace the staff and equipment to improve the overall experience.
Avoid this Dunkin at all costs. Drive to Waysons Corner and back. It will save you time.
I visit family nearby every few months and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It takes at least 20-30 min to get through the drive thru. Tried walking in, thinking it might be different but nope. And the service is lacking too. Unfriendly and unmotivated. Management needs to do something.
