Bamboo Noodle - Durant

There was no wait, which made me suspicious, haha! The only good thing we ordered were the veggie rolls. I have to say, though, they were nothing special. Definitely not on par with Panda Express.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. The food looks great when you pass, but it's not. I think they keep the meat separated from the vegetables before they serve because the vegetables look super fresh and appetite. However, I noticed that my sauce on the chicken was gummy and did not appear fresh as the vegetables. They definitely don't prepare the whole meal fresh. To make it even worse, white rice was also muddy. You get two stars for the vegetables and the beautiful servers, but overall the experience was not good. I should point out that I've been here for a few years. That was my last, definitely underwhelming, especially for what you pay.

Not authentic. Ordered Mongolian beef, which is supposed to be spicy. But it was sweet. Not good.

Ordered the Vermicelli Bowl special as part of the Lunar New Year 2023 Year of the Rabbit specials. All noodles, grilled chicken was served cold. It was $18 and we were able to share it. The bowl size was the same size as pho.We visited last month and had the Pho which was much better and able to share between me and my wifeWe also ordered the appetizers Pork Egg roll and Vegetable Egg Roll which you get 2 of each for $3 for each, total of $6. Its served hot and tasted great.

Skip. Service was horrible. Super expensive. Took forever. I will not be back. Ever
