Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I ordered a California-style burger with onion rings and a Dr. Pepper at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, they were out of both Dr. Pepper and onion rings. No worries—I opted for cheese curds and pink lemonade instead. When I reached the window, I found out they were also out of pink lemonade. I requested fruit punch instead. When I finally got my food, the burger was cold, the cheese curds were cold, and both my wife's burger and fries were cold as well. The only redeeming item was the fruit punch. This was the worst experience I've ever had at Freddy's.

The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. Although the air conditioning wasn't functioning very well with the temperature soaring to 112 degrees outside, the staff remained unfazed and incredibly friendly! The burger, fries, and custard were all outstanding.

Debra at the drive-thru tonight was fantastic. On my way back to Dallas, she was incredibly friendly, polite, and kind. She got my order out quickly and ensured everything was correct. This will definitely be my go-to stop on my way home!

The burgers and fries were quite salty. The drink machine had an unpleasant taste with each pour. It was also a bit on the expensive side. However, the staff was helpful.

The food was decent, but my order was incorrect. The service could use improvement, perhaps by providing better training for the staff.
