Smashburger - Durant

The Burger was great and the Pommes were crispy! But drop the paper straws I just went to another place and asked for one. The straw that comes in the mouth and drinks is annoying!

Even if they screw the order, it is too good not to return. They forgot to add the bacon to one of our burgers and forgot the sauce substitution on mine. But it was unbelievable. Will return tomorrow. (Maybe my food will check twice before I go, though) I eat here 2 or 3 times a month and it was just a handful of times wrong. I'd say about 5% downfall. It's always very busy. The line is usually interrogated before they open and remains until they close

Overpriced. I have tried many different things from here and the only good is the Pommes. The chicken on the chicken sandwich was so thin and dry, it could also have been jerky.

Whenever we are at Choctaw Durant Casino, we usually eat at smashburger. The quality of food in the freshness of ingredients is always consistent. Sometimes 10 or 15 minutes wait for order, but the food usually comes hot and fresh. Very recommend the Colorado Burger, and my wife insist that the California Burger is almost perfect Burger. You can't go wrong either. I had many of their other burgers, they always get hot and the bungalows are soft and tasteful. Five stars.

Customer service is terrible. They've ALWAYS made the sweet potato fries smashed and now all of a sudden want to say they haven't made them like that in 4 years. That's the WHOLE reason we come there to eat at smashburher. They can smash tator tots but not sweet potato fries ??? I guess it just depends on the manager of the day at this point.
