Bojangles - Durham

The chicken pieces were huge, fresh and cooked perfectly! Definitely a 12 on a 10 point scale! EXCELLENT ! Everything was packaged well and safety sealed! Not a single thing could be improved. I just hope that next time is close! Thanks!

The food was cold. My fries were unseasoned and I ordered seasoned on the app. The fries tasted dry and old they werent fresh at all.

The staff should really focus more on the details. I ordered a chicken breast with a biscuit and only received the chicken. It seems like there's always something wrong with our orders.

The food was served hot and tasted great, but I received fries instead of the Bo-Rounds I ordered. Additionally, the menu didn't offer a way to order just one extra biscuit; I could only choose between 6 or 12. I just wanted one.

I've always been a fan of Bojangles, but I was disappointed with my chicken breast this time; it was dry. Everything else was good, though.
