Chick-fil-a - Durham

Came in today at 4:13 pm they stated they were closed. They still had the doors opens as if they were open for business but the drive thru was closed. With employees sitting down at the tables eating. I barely come to this location and it’s closer than the one near southpoint which I go out my way to go to because it is way better you guys are lazy and incompetent. Be transparent about your hours why even open if you close at 4pm?

They always amaze me as far as how fast and smooth the drive thru is. Food is always delicious.

The employees are always friendly, professional and helpful. The restaurant is spotless.

I drove there went to drive through got a number one and chicken nugget meal and my fries were so salty and nuggets where not fresh smh I would went back if i wasn’t on a lunch break i know next time to try it before pulling off
