After the decision to have a foodie day with my man and a friend, the first place we stopped was a so sweet, niche place for sandwich lovers! eastcut.

Visited this place at the suggestion of a worker and I am so glad that I did. its outdoor terrace is comfortable and its ordering system is efficient. eating.

I got the dagwood. avocado smash, the one 10/10 my friend got the auberginen parmesan and that was absolutely incredible, but it was swallowed completely.

I live in Raleigh, but I was in Durham for work when a colleague recommended this place to me. I decided to give it a try and found that the service was good. However, I was shocked by the prices, which I found to be extremely high. For a sandwich shop to charge extra for mayonnaise seemed ridiculous to me; a condiment should come with the sandwich. Additionally, a 12-ounce can of soda cost $2.50 and a 9-inch sandwich was priced at $15, which I thought was excessive for a basic Italian sandwich. Wanting two strips of speck on my sandwich would cost an extra $2.25. The servers were present, but only brought the food to the table without providing any extra service. Customers ordered food on tablets, so there was limited interaction. I was also surprised by a processing fee of $0.99, even though I did not have the food delivered anywhere; it was simply brought to my table in the restaurant. Overall, I found the food to be average and the prices to be too high for what was offered. I believe I could find similar food at other restaurants for a much lower cost.

The service was excellent and I have found a new favorite restaurant. I tried the kimchi reuben, although it was difficult to decide because everything on the menu looked delicious. The dish was very tasty and the sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly. Living in Raleigh, I realize that we are missing out on some great spots like this one. I am excited to return and try more dishes in the future.
