Firehouse Subs - Durham

It met all our needs perfectly. We were in a rush and needed something quick yet delicious.

The staff here are incredibly friendly! I visited on a Wednesday night, and one of the cashiers was spending some quality time with his son. They made such a charming father-son duo! I ordered the limited edition King's Hawaiian Pork and Slaw Sandwich, and it turned out to be one of the best burgers I've ever tasted. The burger was huge, the pork was fresh, and the slaw was crisp. The combination of mayo and spices was quite unique. I highly recommend trying it if it’s still on the menu!

Outstanding management and staff! My 85-year-old father had a fall and ended up wedged under a car in the parking lot. Thankfully, the team at Firehouse Subs came to the rescue. They helped carry him inside and were exceptionally kind. He even said, “This is the best sub and brownie I’ve ever had.” Thank you to all of you— you know who you are! Wishing you all the best!

A great sub shop! Friendly staff,quick service. I had the Italian and my only complaint was I didn 't get a large! Very 'firehouse ' theam based down to the dalmatian pattern tabletops! Will be back!

The service is usually pretty good. It's pretty consistent with other locations. The only problem is they steam their meats, but have no ventilation system. Sometimes, it can get smoky in the dining area.
