Ichiban Hibachi Supreme Buffet Inc.

Ichiban Hibachi Supreme Buffet is my favorite buffet to go to. There are so many selections to choose from, the hibachi cook is awesome, and the sushi is amazing. You won't find this level of preparation and skill anywhere else in the Triad. Don't miss out, visit them any day of the week. The wait staff is friendly, the food is constantly being refreshed, and they have delicious desserts and ice cream. Did I mention the sushi? I personally visit twice a week just for the sushi. The variety of spicy options will make your taste buds dance. Children are welcome, but be sure to keep an eye on them near hot steam. Have a great time and enjoy a delicious dinner or lunch at Ichiban Hibachi Supreme Buffet. Just don't touch my sushi, I'm watching you! The restaurant is kid-friendly, with well-behaved children and adults. And don't worry about parking – there are plenty of spots available next to Harbor Freight.

I used to frequent this buffet often, as the food was always piping hot (which is especially important when you're expecting). However, on our most recent visit, something seemed off. The food tasted strange, stale, and ultimately led to my family getting sick. Unfortunately, I ended up with food poisoning and couldn't keep anything down for several hours. I will not be returning to this restaurant again. Food rating: 2/5.

I was truly disappointed with this restaurant, considering its high ratings. Upon entering, I was met with the overpowering smell of burnt food. The dishes lacked flavor, the waiter was absent when needed, and the tables were dirty. Additionally, there were too many unruly kids running around. The pink lemonade was overly sweet. Overall, I expected more from this establishment. Thank you for listening.

These 5 star reviews are bananas and wholly suspect. Lots of grey mystery meats, nothing is labeled so lots of questionable dishes. Piles and piles dry, crusty seafood. The “sushi” looked days old. Not a bad spot if you’re super hungry and easy to please but my money could have been better spent elsewhere. Good Chinese and pan Asian food in general is super hard to find in Durham. ?

Guys you see the reviews they are awesome the food is good the service awesome there Is just one thing that’s not good about this place, the other day I went there to go eat with my mom the food was delicious yes, I got up to go get ice cream which was good…. But I begin to feel something crawling up my arm, at first I thought it was a fly, like I mean flies aren’t that bad they can be anywhere but, I tried to scare it away and something jumped into the table….. when I tell I was disgusted I was super disgusted it was a COCKROACH that had crawl up in my arm. Since then I haven’t gone back so sorry for this..
