Papa John's Pizza - Durham

The pizza was charred on the underside, with a crust that was both burnt and tough. There was hardly any Original Pizza Sauce provided in the small containers. To make matters worse, the garlic sauce in the box spilled everywhere, leaving my pizza box leaking.

The Cinnamon Pull Aparts were burnt! The cheesesticks barely had any cheese on them, and the food arrived late! I rarely complain, so for me to even mention this means that this is the worst food I've had in a long time. I definitely do not recommend this place at all!

My cheese pizza had three large bubbles on it and lacked tomato sauce beneath those bubbles, which covered most of the pizza.

The food was tasty, but the service was slow. I checked on my order after about 15 minutes, and it took another 35 minutes before it was finally ready.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with Papa John's. It's been over an hour past the expected delivery time, and my pizza still hasn't arrived. I've been on hold for 30 minutes, and no one is answering the phone. I will definitely never order from this location again.
