I spent $30 on a meal for my family, and HALF of my chicken quesadilla was literally just the shell? no cheese, no chicken, no sauce. Here?s another 1star review to your collection, which it doesn?t seem you all care about. If I can make a suggestion, hire employees that careabout the work they do, because it?s unacceptable to allow your employees to give people less than what they paid for andexpected. Ask Taco Bell?s corporate team, I?d be willing to bet they agree with me.
Such a peculiar location. Every time we get to the drive thru we get the most bizarre responses. Every single time we order a Baja blast freeze, the cashiers pull us all the way to the pickup window to only to let us know it?s been broken all day. Idon?t think I?ve ever had a Baja blast freeze from that location. One time the cashier said they only have beef. Another timethey said they can only accept exact change or an order on grub hub, because they couldn?t open the register. And the last timewe came there was simply a cone blocking the driveway and the store locked in the middle of the day. Oh the wonderful momentsspent there, definitely memorable!
I ordered through the drive-thru and encountered pleasant staff who got my order right. I didn't realize it was a holiday evening, but the place was open. I even tried the strawberry dessert, which was delicious, but it wasn't quite to my taste. I found it a bit pricey and the drink portion that comes with the meal was small. Overall, I would rate the food a 5 out of 5.
We placed an order through the app, which indicated that we could pick it up inside once the tracker showed it was ready. However, when we arrived, the doors were locked, so we waited in the designated mobile pickup spot in the parking lot for 30 minutes. After waiting so long, we called to check on our order, only to find out that they weren't doing mobile pickups and wouldn't start making our order until we arrived at the drive-thru speaker. There were no instructions provided about this, which left us frustrated. We then had to spend another 30 minutes in the drive-thru line to place our order because we couldn't cancel it through the app or online. We requested a refund but were told that it wasn't possible since the order was placed via the app. While I don't blame the staff, this was clearly a management oversight. Overall, we waited over an hour for our food. We will not be returning to this Taco Bell location.
This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. The hours of operation seem to change randomly, and the dining area is almost always closed. I experienced long wait times, and the food had an unusual aftertaste. The chicken quesadilla was simply unappetizing, while the Mexican pizza tasted like it had been cooked in old grease. The steak bowl contained hardly any meat and was mostly cheese and lettuce. I'd gladly take an additional 15-minute drive to find a better Taco Bell.
