The customer service is horrible!! No I'm not leaving a tip. The food is not mediocre, at all. It's just bland and over priced,there is a lack of love in the food as well as the absence of seasoning and flavor. The drinks are lacking alcoholic even in ordering the top shelf long island! Ashley was my server, again, horrible service. I won't recommend this place for dining. However, there atmosphere is absolutely stunning.. so it's quite a disappointing for the restaurant aspect to fall so short of it's presentation. I'm a chef looking to open my own One day, and I would like for my restaurant to look like this one but operate way better. Update, the replacement wings brought out were still raw.
