Viuna Cafe & Lounge - East Perth

I use to go here on the weekends after the gym as Coffee was nice here and they did almond milk - lately they haven't been open which is a shame the cake cabinet looked good but I can't comment on the food as I haven't had any. The decor is different and interesting too!

Terrible Mother's Day experience here. The cafe's website offers online or phone booking. Made an online booking, detailing my Groupon voucher. Arrived for lunch to be told they had no record of our booking. Showed my email confirmation from them, to which they said they do not take online bookings. What a sham. Can't even comment on the food - we left fuming. Terrible service, terrible attitude from the staff. Went to Beaufort St and had an amazing lunch at Rockefellers who rightfully scored our $200+ today.

Went in this morning under a Groupon with four people for champagne and two tasting platters.  We were seated and then not seen to for about five or six minutes - typical Perth lax service so didn't think much of it.Finally a waitress came over with a bottle of red and offered to start pouring.  We advised her it was meant to be champagne to which she offhandedly commented they didn't have any champagne.  We advised of the offer and that it had been booked about a month before.  She half-heartedly said she'd go check with the manager.  We could hear the manager simply say they hadn't ordered any.  Waitress comes back and repeats this and says we have a choice of red or whiskey.NOT GOOD ENOUGH.I know Perth service pretty much sucks but this was a level of CONTEMPT for customers I have never experienced before.  We left and went to the Kinky Lizard down the road instead - GREAT service, fantastic food and really good prices.We will NEVER go back to this Vuina Cafe thing and will tell everybody how bad the service was and the contempt they have for customers.

Great Atmosphere and friendly staff with fantastic coffee,Viuna Omelette is one of the best in the world and strongly recommend to everyone to try that
