Arrive at the place at 5.45pm on a Sunday, only one other table was occupied. Waited for 15minutes nobody came to take my order, went to the counter to try and get someone to serve me, was told rudely that the counter was for take away order and if dinning in to go to my table and wait. Ordered Chay Kway Teow, it was terrible and expensive, the standard of this place has just gone downhill. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.
Ordered the chilli chicken and Malay curry both big portions and full of flavour. Ok prices for Perth
My family I went for dinner to Ten Ten, on Saturday 15th April, having been many times before. The restaurant was quiet when we first arrived and became busier throughout our time there, but not so busy that it should have taken the amount of time it did to get the food that we had ordered to us. My niece asked for a chicken/potato curry without the potatoes, the waitress refused to have the potatoes taken out, saying she could just leave them at the side of her plate. When the waiter brought the rice to our table it sat there for 8 minutes before the other dishes started to arrive and even at that it was almost 15 mins before we received our last dish. Sadly this used to be a very good restaurant, but we think it has changed ownership and it has definitely gone down hill. We won't be going back!
I love Asian food. Went to Ten Ten for lunch and had a fried rice and a green tea. Simple and tasted great. Was a lovely place, great service and well priced as a lunch special ($10.90).The whining whinger below should get a freakin life and stop bullying nice places who try to make nice food for very reasonable prices with a constant complaint about everything. There was nothing wrong with the toilets they were clean and modern.Seriously, some people expect the world for an $11 meal! Ten ten was awesome.
6 of us in a social club went to lunch at this Ten Ten Kitchen around 12 noon..Mafch 8 today..we ordered each a lunch special. 2 plates of dry noodles..3 bowls of laksa and a plate of hainan rice noodles.Unfortunately the prawns were not fresh served in the laksa bowls. We made do with drowning the prawns in the oily laksa chilli gravy but the small prawns in the hainan rice noodles were still in the frozen state that with were served.I had to bring out one prawn because once I bit it , it was soggy and not firm !When we pointed out to the waitress abt this, she suggested re- frying this dish, rather than replacing a new plate. When this plate was returned to our table, ths prawns were the same..Moreover, the plate also included the bitten piece of ths semi raw prawn I had bitten, put aside on the plate and reminded waitress not to include the bitten piece., in their re-frying!?This very waitress also remarked rudely, this is it..nothing we can do about it.Our total bill came to AUD 65.90 and slapped on 50 cts charge for our takeaway of a small plastic box.The teller accepting our payment in cash made no apologies for treating us thus as described above. We had used their toilet and found flies hoveringi in it.One cannot imagine the state of their kitchen and food supplies in their fridge and store.Pl be kindly warned that the standard of this dining place has fallen drastically by its cooking skill, waitressing and courteous customer service.
