Yogart Frozen Yogurt Studio Edgewater Nj

Been there 3 times, the last time I was there was on Saturday, August 12, 2023 in the evening. The 2 young men were working the shift and didn't know what they were doing. I noticed after 5 minutes of waiting that they didn't know how to make a cappuccino so I told them forget it and just give us 2 black coffees. When I got the 2 coffees another 5 minutes later they were ICE COLD . Then I noticed it took them 10 minutes to make a crepe with banana, strawberries and Nutella, they were having trouble buildin the crepe, I dont know what took them so long. Customers were overlapping us. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. When they FINALLY served the crepe it was on top of a paper sleeve and the crepe melted into the paper, so we ate bits of paper and got rid of it. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN, HIRE PEOPLE THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING PLEASE!

Over priced. $17 for a cup of ice cream and it wasn't even full. No toppings. What a rip off.

Reliable froyo place in the area with a rotating menu so you get to try something new constantly. They also have a vast selection of toppings.

This place is my guilty pleasure. More sugar free ice options would be great though.

Zero starts deserved but the only option was one start. I came in on 5/16 around 7pm the person at the counter was not welcoming at all, VERY BAD attitude. Make me wonder why the place was empty……there is another option near by, Red Mango where people are more attentive and nice. Employee like those are what kill business.
