Kfc - Edgewood

It was said to move forward to wait for Fritten and noticed that everyone was served behind me. After waiting lady comes with order cold fries included. Whoever works there is missing kfc?s name smh definitely not back!!!

I'd give them stars if I could. My husband and mother-in-law drove. Ordered 2 spicy chicken combs, 1 3pcs chicken comb. They got the drinks first and were told that they wait forward while other customers behind themselves get their food right away. After waiting, my husband went back and asked for the food they ordered. The lady at the switch threw the bags and started to curse him. When they opened the bag, there were no ketchup or jelly no utensils, which ever was. So he went back and asked about these things, and the lady began to insult him and curse him because she thought he couldn't understand. When they opened the chicken sandwich, there was literally bread, chicken and sauce. Are you serious? You need to train those underprivileged people as they treat their customers equally. I will report this matter everywhere. That's not KFC I always enjoyed. Don't go and run her business

They were understated again. The dining room was closed. Just drive thru. In the middle uncomfortable.

They had not extra crispy, so I had to get original and the bread was soggy I wish I could just again well roasted chicken

Worst KFC experience. Super rude. My chicken tenders were old and looked like they had been dropped in the oil to reheat. My Gravy on my mash was completely congealed. I was told to pull up and waited 15 minutes. The person who brought my food out was talking on her personal cell phone. Didn?t apologize for the wait or acknowledged us. To add insult to injury they missed an item. We called no answer so we went back around the drive thru. They acted as if we were inconveniencing them. She pretty much tossed the bag at my husband and didn?t even apologize for there mistake. Horrible service. Store ran like that are what give fast food workers and management a bad name and why they aren?t respected
