Love this Peruvian spot! chicken was the best tasting , packed with flavor and very tender. the sides that came with the combo were hugely portioned. so good!one con: steak was a little over cooked imo

Small shop with huge flavor. I cannot express how satisfied I was after my first time coming to this location. The Chicken was seasoned perfectly; fragrant and juicy. Service was quick for pickup, even during a Friday Lunch time rush. When I walked in, the small dining room was packed but I was still able to walk in and out in a timely fashion. Next time you're thinking about picking up dinner for your family or a having a casual meal out, check out Uncle Ralph's.

I found my new Peruvian spot in NJ. It’s a small spot but the food is delicious and the portions are generous. I had the Tallarín a la huancaina con lomo saltado.

Came here with my family for dinner. I liked the chicha morada, the food was good (a bit salty for my liking) but the portions are great! We are a family of 5 and it was plenty of food. The waiter was very attentive and I loved that he anticipated our needs. Its a small cozy family own place.
