Wendy's - Edson

Terrible terrible food. Ordered 2 sausage egg and Swiss sandwich and they forgot the cheese on both... Waste of 7 dollars. Coffee burnt. Don't go here if you're passing through, go to McDonald'

I pass through the Edson Wendy’s restaurant at least a couple times a year on my road trips. I love their salads. The lettuce is fresh. No rotten pieces of green in the Salad. Thank you to the staff and management for consistently good food on my long trips.

Great location near the highway for a quick meal. I highly recommend their Frosties, JBCs, and chili. Dietary note: The chili is a good option for those who are gluten-free. As for parking, there are some potholes that need to be repaired.

My daughter had an issue with her order, but the restaurant went above and beyond to make it right! I was truly impressed by the care and attention they gave to her complaint regarding her Caesar side salad. They treated her with kindness and even offered an apology. I was really impressed! Great job, everyone! Mistakes happen, but your positive attitude really stood out. Thank you! We ended up getting caught in a hailstorm, but it wasn't a big deal because we all had our Wendy's food to enjoy. Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid-friendly!

Food was good. Service was absolutely terrible. I said hello to the guy at the till, he just glared at me and didn't say anything. I asked about an item and he huffed and mumbled something I didn't hear, I didn't ask him to repeat it. He left to put my order together, simple order, a double and pouting, no drink. He was arguing with the manager while bagging my order, giving her attitude. When it was ready he just said what order it was then threw my bag on the counter and walked away. I left and won't be back for awhile.
