Applebee's Grill - El Paso

We wanted to celebrate our sons the competition, and as we came in there was a huge line out. the strange thing was that there were many tables, but there was a 40 min waiting because there was not enough server. we should have known better if people were simply so innocent in the situation, we asked if we could sit in the bar area and our hostess said the same. at the same time, another host said that a family simply stood up and stood up, I and the woman and our sons said we were going somewhere else. I'm not a car or boomer, but are they 40 minutes for a 1/2 open restaurant? I am not crazy on the servers, bartenders or coworkers that I am annoyed with the owners/franchises who can tolerate this and not become kreatiw in the attraction of a better service. if they can't serve us, their business is to fail. we will not be back soon.

This place never lets me surprise with its terrible service. 20 minutes past the time it should be ready and I order only a simple hamburger. then I get it and the rest of the food is cold. terrible experience every time I go there, and we're just going once a year. service staff has the personality of a wet sponge.

Manager was great! server not so good. not even busy and manager has taken quite a lot of our entire service. cooks came back to the dining room and looked dirty.

The food was decent. service was terrible enough for 20 minutes before we were asked if we were helped. the manager took our order.

Went to get a late diner and order the 2 for $24 and asked for both burgers well done and this is what I received burgers were cold too to top it off the waiter was amazing tho the food got sent back for a second time and it still came back pink ?? not the first time the food has came out like this either they need to find a new cook or something needs to change honestly I just go to this one cause it’s the closest to my house but I don’t think I will going any time soon
