They have definitely been lost, they were an excellent option but not anymore, that lady who is always there I don't know if she is the owner but if so she is the one who should set an example, they are not doing us a favor, as customers we deserve good service, no It's a lot to ask, but they want you to eat what you want. If you don't want cheese, for example, because they charge extra, they get angry. If you ask for a ticket, they get angry, they have the habit of rounding up and keeping the pennies that sometimes They are hitting the dollar and if you ask them for that change that they lack, they get angry, but that lady in particular is rude, arrogant, despot, if she doesn't like serving people, it's as simple as staying at home, and it's impossible to try to talk to her or express a complaint because she emphatically tells you that she doesn't have time to listen to you and that you can leave if you don't like it. Nothing to do with your other branch.

Even though I shop at this store, I was not allowed to use the bathroom. They told me it's for dine in customers only. Very disappointed as I don't think that is their actual policy. I saw an older Spanish lady buy a soft drink and then use the bathroom. I know this because I stood outside for a while with my phone after shopping and before asking to use the bathroom. The oppressors are usually the oppressed themselves, but they will always find a difference in others to rationalize the discrimination.Even though I purchase from this establishment I was not allowed to use the restroom. Terrible customer service. ? normally I never rate but this lady who attends, apparently the owner was very rude.

I wouldn’t even rate this place 1 star. This place is very unprofessional and rude. My family and I decided to give this place a chance and support their small business. My mom was ordering our food as my dad and I stepped aside to not be in the way of the others next in line. My dad went to wash his hands before we sat down and he was instantly yelled by this male worker there demanding to know where he was going, my dad simply explained he was going to the restroom and the man continued to yell at my dad over a restroom. It is not professional to treat a paying customer that way. I understand they may have problems with others using their establishment for just the restroom but we made it clear that this was not the case. We explained multiple times to that man how we were PAYING CUSTOMERS who simply needed to use the restroom. Its ridiculous I do not recommend this place.
