The sandwiches are great, always boiled as you want, just have to get some cup holders, it's pretty hard to carry 2 cups with a heavy bag that has no handles that finally slip or soften out the steam and fall apart. Food: 5/5

I placed my order online to avoid a long wait time, but ended up waiting 40 minutes for my food despite giving them an initial 20 minutes. The staff appeared indifferent, and the manager seemed even less concerned. Eventually, a girl came over to assist, and while it still took a while to get my meal, she was the only one who seemed to genuinely care about helping.

I visited for the first time a few days ago, and everyone was incredibly sweet and polite, especially Adam and the chef. I ordered the Brisket Sub, and it was delicious. Even my picky kids finished their subs! I will definitely be back.

I find myself craving sandwiches from here. Sandwiches are tasty, well made, and neatly packaged to go. There's several places at this Fountains of Farah for sandwiches, but I give my full 5 stars to these guys. Customer service always on point. Great interactions with all staff, they keep it professional and courteous. Highly recommended.
