Grimaldi’s Coal Brick-oven Pizzeria

Pleasantly surprised! we did it twice and we? our first trip we have the prosciutto and arugula pizza fantastic! we also tried the house salad and again I was surprised how good it was. recently we stopped the pesto pizza. I was afraid there would be too much pesto, but it was delicious. it is a cool place and everything is beautiful and clean. we're back.

Update: spoke to julian about the thema and he was more than happy to accommodate us. the pizza was there the second time. thank you! last picture is the second pizza. a little disappointed. that's my way to the good pizza. pizza was boiled. Cheese seemed gum-like. pizza was still very warm when I tried to grab a piece. all the beats came directly from the brot. Even after the resetting in the many, the texture of the teigs was simply not correct.

Amazing pizza. I ordered the white pizza with ricotta, swash, meatballs, prosciutto, dried tomatoes. hands down best pizza in el paso. ask for valerie, cared for me and made excellent recommendations. I'm back.

Very nice n clean space. eating was very good. beer was a lil flat and had an old taste perhaps only need to check kegs date. have a 3 stars because of service was very slow, they had to take some paints down just to refill on our drinks.

We were driving around the outlets trying to eat somewhere new and we decided to come here. definitely worth it! we came around 11 so it was still early and there was no wait but as soon as we got our food the place definitely started filling up. we got the DON pizza and it was definitely the best choice for meat lovers. we also asked what salad was on the sweeter side and we got a SPINACH SALAD and it was perfect! unlike other restaurants there was enough dressing we didn?t have to ask for more and it was sooo good we?re definitely coming back! oh and they offer military discount as well!
