Laurita's Kitchen - El Paso

Need customer service oriented people at the order counter. Older lady seemed annoyed with even the simplest question regarding menu items . Took offense when asked by very friendly cashier why our order never came out . Very disappointing .

10+ stars. There's not even enough words to say how good this place is. Food amazing. Salsas I wish I could bottle and take w me. Lots of flavor! Barbocoa and Chile relleno so good!!! Corn or flour they both are amazing.

I loved this place, the food was delicious, the service was very good, the attention was excellent. And in passing you even find one artist. The enchiladas are delicious.

We have had breakfast at that place for many years but the quality has gone down in terms of quantity as a restaurant and by 11-12 there is almost nothing The service is not good, the lady who serves you, her attitude is not friendly and transmits her negativity. I have noticed it several times and this last time I went I said I will not return just for that reason they will have good seasoning but they are not helpful

Rude people left us standing waiting and did not attend to us or tell us anything, we had to leave due to the delay in serving us.
