Mi Cabana - El Paso

The restaurant wasn't too noisy like some others. The food was delicious, we all ordered the special and I was unable to finish my meal. Additionally, my glass was always full.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The food was great and the portion size was just right for a medium-sized dinner. The service was friendly and quick. The generous servings were very filling and delicious.

On Friday, May 5, 2023, I ordered a Grilled chicken plate at this restaurant and was extremely disappointed. The chicken was old, dried out, and had gone bad. The manager, who seemed young and inexperienced, was rude and unhelpful. The bathrooms were disgustingly dirty, clearly not cleaned for months. The service was slow, and the waitress lacked basic waiting skills. The entire place was filthy, with food debris on the floor and dirty napkins left under tables. Additionally, I was overcharged for side items such as sour cream and avocado, priced at $2.99 each for a small portion. The manager failed to offer an apology or discount for the bad chicken, demonstrating a lack of both managerial and customer service skills. I have attached pictures for reference.

The food was horrible no flavor and disgusting ? before you say anything i tried a different plate and it was the same NO GOOD!!!!!!!! The place is dirty. If I could give it 0 stars i would. Think twice before coming here.

First time here and I had a breakfast plate. It had chilaquiles, eggs, beans and steak. It was a nice portion for the price. Overall the meal was satisfying. I'd give that place a higher rating but the waitress messed up my order. It was not one, not twice but 3 times.
