Contribuisci feedbackI made a reservation two weeks in advance for my wife and me to celebrate our anniversary at a restaurant we hadn't tried before, hoping for a romantic atmosphere to make our special day perfect. When I booked the reservation, I indicated the occasion, as I wanted it to be a surprise for my wife. I even confirmed our reservation with the email I received a few days before our date. However, on the day of our celebration, I received an email stating that our reservation had been canceled by the restaurant, with no explanation provided. I attempted to contact them to find out why or to see if I could still keep the reservation, but there was no response all day. I will not be trying to dine at this restaurant again, as this is not how you treat guests or potential customers.
I had heard about this Italian restaurant a few times, mainly through advertisements, and finally decided to give it a try. The food was not just good; it was exceptional. I ordered the classic Spaghetti Bolognese, a dish that truly tests any kitchen. The presentation was excellent, the dishware was impressive, and the service was notably attentive. The meat sauce was rich and well-balanced, while the pasta was cooked to perfection—tender yet pleasantly firm. The atmosphere was a bit somber, which actually complemented the mood for the evening's meal quite nicely. Overall, it made for a delightful evening. Buona Serata!
We really wanted to love this place because one of our friends highly recommended it. We went with another couple friend and it seemed like the service was slow at first. There were only 2 waiters and place was pretty full. This was about 4 to 5 weeks agoand on a Saturday night. We ordered calamari which was really good and it came out after 45 hours of us sitting down. Our fooddidn't come out to 2.5 hours after sitting down. At first we didn't mind because we were having a good time with our friends.Although wait time was absolutely absurd. However our biggest disappointment came when the food arrived. It was so bland andtasted like hospital food, literally. When I said that out loud everyone agreed. Any how we ate it. At the end of the night weasked the waiter of wait time was normal and we nicely told him how the food was bland. The waiter informed us that the headchef was on vacation so the new chef I guess was nervous about giving the food any flavor. They should've mentioned that whilesitting people down that wait time will be longer than usual and food shall be bland bcz the chef is on vacation. The priceswere high. We spent 100 bucks on hospital grade food essentially. But even at a hospital the offer you salt and pepper which weweren't offered. The vibe here is nice so maybe go here for a cocktail only but not for food. Not worth it. You're better offdriving to Anson 11 or Ambar in downtown, paying the same prices but getting exceptionally good food and service. Willunfortunately not be back ever again.
The service was outstanding! I really appreciated the warm welcome from the waiter, and his attentive nature was just perfect. The bread was absolutely fantastic! The food was incredible, and the atmosphere was delightful. I would definitely recommend this place for celebrating something special!
Amazing dining experience. The music and the service from the waiters is top notch. I had the pistachio pesto creme pasta that comes with Shrimp. The crunchiness of the pistachio with just the right flavor from the sauce. Quality home made pasta.Definitely recommend this place!
