I would rate all zeros if allowed. They would not take our reservation was told to wait 20 mintues for our table. Whats the point in making reservations if they dont honor it. We left

The waitress was excelkent, however the food was not very good. The portions were small and my husbands steak was so tough and undercooked it was disgusting. We've tried TGIFridays several times and are always disappointed, we will not be back. The food tasted like cheap, reheated, processed food, disgusting!

I enjoyed my buffalo chicken sandwich! It was delicious! The food was very good overall.

We reserved our table knowing with 9-10 people it would be crazy. One person didn't get their first app until one person (of 5 people that got endless apps) got their second app! The waitress was nice and didn't charge her. We ended up all only getting one app after waiting for two hours. I felt bad for the waitress as she was just as irritated with the kitchen as we were. Horrible experience

To lunch after a too long shopping tour for my 92 year old mother. I was exhausted and hungry! the restaurant was kind of quiet, so our server was quite attentive, but not superior. the food came out quickly and was good. the restaurant itself was very clean. when we came back, it poured. we were invited to sit back and wipe it out, and even a refill of our drinks offered. will definitely go back.
