Yesterday we ordered 1 small thin Pepperoni pizza. Not only did it take about 10 minutes on the phone until the cashier had to understand, but when I arrived there, they had a hand torn crust and I had to wait for another. We were not compensated in any way and there was no excuse. The pizza was good, but it was a painful experience.
Ordered a coupon special with two litres, Parm node, Zimt Twists and two middle pizzas. Also added a diving sauce for knots and extra paid. Waited 25 minutes to Pizza left store by the tracker calculation and did not get my 2L or sauce. Everything was almost warm and drew riders attention to missing items that she told me she would be back with everything and said the young girl in the store told her everything was there when she left... An hour after the pizza was waited and store called to find out where everything was because we already paid online for everything and felt how this was much too long to wait. Three times tried And no one phoned. Then I drove to Store, which is less than 9 minutes away with 6 stops and less than 3 miles to find the driver out in the car. She said she was coming back NOW (2 hours since the order) but gave me what I was missing (page note: should be a coke and good what they did not bring home because they had a diet coke in their pocket). She was told by Mgr to wait for more orders to leave before she brought what I was to blame. I went in to talk to Mgr, and she said that others came before My missing articles because they were busy. The totally unacceptable answer and she felt that everything was reasonable to wait for me behind people who ordered me. Manger illuminated me and was susceptible when I said that I informed companies about their attitude and procedures on order filling and she said that 's OK with her and said, call the 800 number. I asked her if she thought that was funny, and she felt that I owed such an attitude and surprised her and said Oh no sir, but finally said just to get rid of me, she would refund my sum. This is a typical attitude in this place when they forget the things at delivery and submit the complaint. You think that only because you have paid them no urgency to fulfill your order because there are not too many decisions in this city. They rent people who may be able to pass a drug test, but have a child's personality and do not understand the first thing about customer satisfaction and the treatment of a customer with respect. Steer away from this place and concerning me, this place is a plague in Emporia and not worth the money it gets.
My last was in January of 2018. While I knew better, I wanted pizza and did not want to leave the house. What a mistake. Pizza tracker said that my order was out of the oven and being checked for quality a full 7 minutes before the text message and pizza tracker said it was out for delivery this was 20:11. At 20:41 I was frustrated enough that I called the store and cancelled the order. 30 minutes is more than enough time to travel the mile and a half from the store to my location. I am fairly sure that there was more than one delivery taken with my order, which is fine (within reason), but come on, out for delivery when it has already sat in a warmer (I hope) for 7 minutes is just plain unacceptable. Order from Pizza Hut or go to the grocery store and buy a frozen pizza, save yourself the frustration on this third rate Domino's location. Sorry if that offends, but this has been an issue for years (yes, I typed YEARS). Don't think that things have improved, just order from somewhere else.
Terrible customer service. I parked on the side and had to stop eating lions to grab something while my online order cooked. Basically, he said I need a customer or work delivery to park there. Very rude. When I came back after my order, I fortunately looked before the payment and they screwed up the order. It should be Brooklyn style. It was obvious that it was a regular pizza. I told the guy who seemed to be responsible at the counter and tried to tell me it was the Brooklyn-style pizza. I worked for Dominos and knew it wasn't true. He said that the dough was in larger knots and that this is the new Brooklyn pizza and how it rose in room temperature. He tried to hand over a regular pizza for something it was? The employee tried to say that the pizza would not come like real Brooklyn style when he said again, their dough increased too much in the room temperature. I said why should I want to make the same pizza again if not even Brooklyn style. I had to turn it off. It looked like a regular pizza for me. Watch what you get from there. Terrible customer service
