Mcdonald's - Emporia

So do not do this often, but man this was a fantastic visit 2 dec 2022 at 1 o'clock. The first time in every restaurant was the cleanest bath ever. Next was a whole working screw inside and the ride through was long, we did the mobile app waited total minute. With all the feelings food was hot and really good work

We have established this after a high school band competition with 3 busloads from band members. You were great! Only a female worker was overwhelmed and her demon was not kind at all. The rest of the staff did their best, did not sweat, was not rude and worked quickly to get the food out. Thank you. A

The food was delicious and they have everything right. Although I will say that the bathrooms had no toilet paper and only one soap dispenser worked, but that could only have been due to short employees. We told them about it and they said they would appreciate us. But everything was great.

This was a pass by in route to my destination. The staff in the drive through window was pleasant. For an off the highway stop I thought it could've been a little more cleaner and more staffed.

My experience was good but while I was there 2 older gentlemen wanted to order. They were told to use kiosk. They didn't know how. One of the floor workers got someone to help. He told them they needed to use kiosk instead of taking their order. They just walked out. Not a good customer service experience for them. Need to have a register open.
