I really enjoy the food at this restaurant, but every time I visit, they seem to be short-staffed and it takes forever to place an order. Even when ordering through the app, there is a long wait past the scheduled pick-up time. They really need to hire more staff! This was my first time at this restaurant, and I was immediately put off by the long, noisy line that wrapped around the building. Upon entering, I noticed that the tables and floor were not clean. As I peered into the food prep area, I was dismayed to find it also in a state of disarray. To make matters worse, there was only one tiny menu on the wall, written in small, unreadable font due to the long line obstructing my view. When I approached the cashier to ask for a printed menu, I was told that they did not have one. To my surprise, the manager then approached me with a disrespectful attitude when I inquired about the menu. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, so we decided to leave. It's a shame that a business with such unprofessional employees can continue to operate.

This location needs help. Being inside drags me down with their lack of enthusiasm. Food is good, takeout orders are not correct most of the time. Workers looks like they don't want to be there and don't care. Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
