When we arrived, we saw a large group of young men in line ahead of us, with a few others busy making sandwiches behind the counter. I don’t mean to sound negative, but it was a reassuring indication that these sandwiches were likely to be delicious. With more than 30 options on the menu, everyone in my group found something they loved. The bathroom was impressively clean as well. One thing to note: if you’re wearing shorts, you might end up with marks on the backs of your legs from the wooden slats on the benches. They also cut their foot-long sandwiches in half, which is a nice touch that not every place offers. Overall, there were many thoughtful details that made for a very enjoyable experience.
This is the best East Coast-style sub shop for sandwiches and hoagies! Don't be fooled by its simple exterior. My favorite is the Italian sandwich—it's the perfect meal to bring along to the beach. Plus, the owner and the staff who make the sandwiches are always friendly.
Classic, delicious, and served in generous portions—this is precisely how a sub should be! My only complaint is that the napkins aren't strong enough to handle the messiness of the sandwiches. Overall, I would rate it a perfect 10/10!
Bunch of friendly workers. Wouldn't cut my small sub in half! Said it would be to messy to eat! How considerate! Hahaha Must be some weird underlying reason. Other than that been there a couple of times to support local business.
Big tasty sandwiches made with fresh vegetables and greens with the meats you order. Good service.
