Blake's Lotaburger - Española

The manager eventually intervened, telling Anthony to take care of my order and suggesting I leave because I was "angry." I was simply trying to pay for an order I knew was correct, so I don’t understand why I was treated this way. I won’t be returning again. Both Anthony and the manager should reconsider their approach to customer service. It's disappointing because we’ve loved Lotaburger for years, but something needs to change. I’ll be sharing my bad experience in the beautiful Espanola Valley.

I noticed some individuals who looked homeless coming in to fill their non-Lotaburger cups, which likely resulted in significant lost revenue for the restaurant. On a positive note, the food was good and prepared correctly. However, there was an incident where a woman mistakenly grabbed our order and took off before we could intervene. The employee called my husband’s name a couple of times, and they started to remake our order, but the woman eventually came back with our food. It was a frustrating situation, but she was clearly at fault. If the employees took more pride in maintaining cleanliness, this could be a much better establishment.

If you enjoy spicy food and burgers, this could be the spot for you! A few of my friends have highly recommended it, insisting that I give it a try. However, I found the burgers to be below average without the green chilis. Additionally, it's worth noting that this location only accepts cash, which was somewhat inconvenient.

I think this place has gone down hill once it became a franchise. Proportions have gotten small with price rise. Service is horrible at this location, if you order online (don’t bother calling) it dosent matter you still wait in line for another 15min . Then another 10 for them to fix your order and to replace burnt fries.

Always fresh. Typically get burger with everything green chile cheese with season fries. Would give 5* but the wait time can be a bit long.
