Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I was misled by the ratings. Why is the food consistently salty and overcooked? I tried the location in Albuquerque and then again in Espanola. I think it might be best to steer clear of this brand altogether. The only redeeming quality of this place was its customer service, which is the one positive takeaway.

The customer service was excellent, and the Pumpkin Pie Concrete was fantastic!

The food is indeed quite tasty, especially their chicken sandwiches. The customer service is exceptional, particularly at the drive-thru; the staff is very professional and incredibly friendly.

Soooo f-ing delicious! My friend told me about this place and the closest one is 45 mins away from Santa Fe. Well, it was more than worth the drive! Cheese curds were amazing! Burgers, fresh and delicious! French fries awesome! And the root beer had just the perfect amount of carbonation! Excellent establishment, fast service and friendly workers. I'll be back soon! ????
