Chili's Grill - Española

It is disappointing how bad this place has become. we have not eaten here in one because of bad experiences, but decided to have another attempt today. big mistake. we ordered to go, the chicken quesadillas and the presentation alone was terrible. 3 of the quesadillas had no whin and overall they were badly done and lacked in the food items. we also ordered the cajun pasta and that was ok, but came over some hard pasta. the customer service always sucks in there.

The staff here haven't figured out curbside pickup yet. We decided to get food here on a whim recently so we actually ordered from their website in the parking lot. We ordered two salads and a quesadilla. After placing the order, we didn't really have any instructions on how we were going to receive it though, so we called the restaurant and they told us it would be ready in 25 minutes. Okay great! We let them know we were there already and waited. When the 25 minutes had passed, we called again to see what was happening, and were told we needed to be at another store. Okay we can move to the other side of the building. We wait some more and finally or salads come out but the meat is cold and the quesadilla looks like it was cooked about 20 minutes ago. With only one other car there waiting for curbside pickup, I think their staff really needs to improve things.

I really appreciate the manager Carlos. I accidently ordered online at this restaurant instead of Santa Fe. Carlos went out of his way to call me and make sure to tell me that he was going to refund my card even though the food was already prepared and it was my fault for ordering at the wrong Chili's. It was so appreciated!

Everything was great! The server was great and the food was awesome. Best steak I've had in a while.

The food was pretty salty, but I guess that?s part of what makes this food kind of addictive. Overall it all was tasty, the atmoshphere was lively and the servers were kind, albeit not as free as it?d be ideal. I think there were not enough servers for the amount of patrons when I was there so that made it that they were always in a bit of a rush and hardly ever checked in with the table. I would still recommend.
