Dandy Burgers - Española

I love Dandy Burgers! The Green chili burger is Sooo good. Your missing out if you just drive by.

I love there hamburgers, bean burritos, red beef enchiladas, tostadas, French fries and fountain drinks. Especially there sopallias too. It was formally know as Mr. Burger in the earlier 70's and 80's.

Stopped for lunch on my way back to Albuquerque. Paid $11 for a pita tuna and a jr cheeseburger. The burger patty was so tiny and had no cheese (see picture in comments. Pita tuna came with only a handful of fries! I was so disappointed!

My boyfriend loved this place when he lived in Española. He took me last Tuesday and it was amazing! I had the Bandito and onion rings. They were so delicious. The Bandito had a unique taste! Simply the best!

Ate here today after driving by it for so long. It is a quaint little restaurant with decent food, at a somewhat reasonable price. My girlfriend and I both got a cheeseburger and fries, I got a double patty with Green Chile. The burger was cooked well, it didn't have much charbroiled flavor to it and the Green Chile wasn't hot but still was good... Reminiscent of a BK Whooper. The fries needed to be cooked a little more, they were a little soggy rather than crispy. The staff is ok, the lady who took our order was alright and the kids that work in there are a little rude and don't say anything. I would return but maybe try something else on the menu.
