Very expensive, $48.00 for a $19.99 bucket of chicken which included 2 breasts.

They didn't give me all of the food that I ordered. No drumsticks :

I have only done the drive-thru so I cannot tell you how the inside is however for the last two times I've been through the drive-thru I haven't gotten my complete order or my orders have been wrong which is very disappointing. The food tastes good. However the wrong orders have lower my score for this place. I hope it's I'm just unlucky instead of it being a regular event here. After 3 months ago . Went to order some Chicken in the drive through. To hear a window person have a great invite to say welcome to KFC . We don 't have any chicken at this time what would you like ?. I about died???? !!! The latest visit was awesome food and great staff ! Please close KFC if there 's no chicken ????????. This place needs a whole new make over. The customer service was terrible. When I got to the counter the server acted like he was scared to the operate the register. The establishment says : (Staff required to disinfect surfaces between visits) this didn't happen. While visiting you could hear the staff yelling at each others using vulgar language. The need to learn the different parts of chicken. Got a combo, thigh, leg, and wing. Got a breast, leg, and wing, the server
