Bbq By Tony - Eugene

Hello I am from Texas and moved here a few years ago and could not find well local BBQ, but I finally found it! I and my family love food there. There is no thing on the menu that disappoints!

As a local in the area, it's hard to know where to evaluate it. In Eugene, sometimes you expect subpar and or laughable service because you know that the food will make up for them. But to come in here, to see trophies and readers choice awards, this place must be modest. The server was friendly but extremely unprofessional. He was clearly high, as I said, it? Eugene is not a big deal. But he wore glittering slippers in which he just slipped around like we were in his living room. He had a very laborious speech that could not be understood, and accidentally gave us too many drinks that he then went to her back, while also forgetting what food gives us. Chaosman, Chaos. My sandwich was good, I got the brisket. Tasteful, soft and the BBQ sauce was delicious. But the Mac Cheese and the filled water shared something in common. They both came from Winco. I paid almost $20. I will give Tony the advantage of doubt about the pandemic. But if you want trophy for BBQ that do not come into two states of Texas BBQ, rent some better employees and get some better ingredients.

I've got baby-backed Combo. Weight of ribs 3.9 oz. Wow reesers cheap sauce. And roll cheap Albersons. Bland and boring. Quite disappointed. $19 after the top. Will cook at home the next time. You have a killer smoker outside. You could go better. This is a major example of giving up. The restaurant looks really cool. And the menu looks nice too. They spent some money to make this place look good. But now they only serve Slop. Unfortunately, I will never go back.

First Tony is a BBQ genius, second. This man has manifested one of my dreams in reality. He takes a chance on my husband and I by allowing us to help him run his new food truck, and I will not give up this genius. He is a hard worker, a visionary and an amazing father. Men just don't get enough credit.

Food is mediocre. Service? Awful. Placed a pick up order, for a #10 and #4 just the sandwiches. There is no slaw on the #10! They forgot the side of mac with the order too. Had to go back in to get it. The waitress or order taker sounded pretty high on the phone and in person. Gross. How disappointing. I have eaten here on and off throughout the years, since it was over by KFC on river rd. The food used to be amazing. The prices weren't my favorite, but it was a nice splurge. What happened? This was like mashed chicken and pork. The sauce is....all smoke. The mac has absolutely no flavor. Not worth the money at all. I expect to be stuffed after BBQ. Not so much this time. The portions used to be overflowing the box. The sauce used to be balanced. Such a sad day. We definetly will not be back.
