Chipotle Mexican Grill - Eugene

I don't dine out often, but Chipotle is definitely my favorite! They offer great vegan options and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate everything they do on a daily basis! My go-to spot is the Chipotle Mexican Grill on the University of Oregon campus. The team is welcoming, and I always receive my order quickly. I usually order a burrito with pinto beans and brown rice—it’s simple and affordable ($2.20)! And it's absolutely delicious, packed with flavorful spices. I once even found a bay leaf in my burrito, which gave me quite a laugh! I visit every day, grabbing my burrito at 11:57 AM, just before my work starts at noon. They are so fast!
