Well staffed. Friendly crew working today. Quick service. Clean dining area.
Second time in two weeks they forgot food in my order and I eat there at least once a week I guess I need to check my order or go
Terrible service, was walking with service dog, was told I could walk through drive through, but cars wouldn't let me without dodging them. Asked at counter inside for service everyone just looked at me. Finally they said only way to order was through the machines. Hands full of bag from store, they were busy and still no help when had questions. Finally got order in and I went outside to wait. Finally had to ask for someone to take my money (owner?)and ask if my food was ever going to be fixed was to much chaos inside for me. For as long as I waited was ridiculous several people way after my order ate and left. Then the food was horrible, cold, no flavor and throwed together. I won't be going back. What happened to customer service?? 10 people doing nothing but no time to help.
The employee are great. I got to meet the owners today. Completely disrespectful. I have T1D and I order something special that fits my diet. The owner totally told me that he couldn't accommodate my condition. All I asked was for 2 sides of eggs and a side of cheddar cheese. All high in protein and not sugar. He told me that they weren't serving breakfast that day, at 9:30am but a fellow employee went and got a breakfast burrito an hour later, with eggs and cheese in it. Thank you owners for disrespectful responses to a diabetic!!!! The employees are amazing, but I have no respect for the two ppl that were there today. That was shameful. It's not the employee's fault, just the two guys that seemed to own the place. I'm really disappointed!!!
