The cashier is amazing in the morning. The customer service is top-notch and orders are completed quickly. The venue is always very clean. The staff in the morning definitely deserve raises for their wonderful work. However, the pre-made breakfast burritos could be improved. Please consider adding some variety to the menu.
I used to love this place, but not anymore. The quality of the food has declined. One time I ordered a steak burrito and the beans were undercooked. Another time I had a breakfast sandwich with bacon that tasted bland and overcooked. It's disappointing because I used to enjoy the food at this restaurant.
I have 2 Burritos 1 bowl. Extra $1.5 Guacamole in Burrito might have been a spoon. Instead of bacon I got ham and pico de gallo was not added. What the bowl... how can you make deliveries without plastic goods and napkins? And how does something come out of a Mexican restaurant without salsa and/or hot sauce? Food was okay.
Ordered lunch through yelp and chose a pickup time of 11:15. i got out early and headed to aztec, thinking, its not gonna bother me wait 5-10 minutes for delicious aztec. i arrived about 11:05 am and saw a bag in the warming cabinet, i thought that cant be mine. it was mine, AT LEAST 10 minutes early. i dont know when it was made and tossed in there. got it home and the street tacos miserable! soggy, only barely warm! we had the border burrito as well, that we shared. that was also barely warm. had a good flavor, but would have been so much better if it were actually fresh and warm. this is a stark contrast to the aztec in trinidad! if you are not going have food ready at a certain time and not cook it early, why do you ask when you want it ready?
