Kfc - Fernley

I Ordered through the drive thru and they took 15 to take out my order and they forgot to put my 2 dips, spoons and half of the chicken tenders. I walked inside and the workers were just walking around and dancing while 5 people were waiting in line and I had to wait 10 minutes to get my dips

I had to give it one star to leave a comment. Food and service truly makes me shake my head. Went last night thru the drive thru. When we got to the window. They said we'd have to wait for our food. Good with that thinking the chicken strips would be hot and freshly cooked NOT!!!!......... kid brought us our food. We were given the wrong order. Wife went inside to correct the order......... kid again as I was waiting in car another order........ which was not mine....... wife finally got corrected order. The chicken strip looked and tasted like they'd been in a deli case at some gas station all day. TRULY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF KFC!!!! DISGUSTING FOOD AND DEPLORABLE SERVICE

It's currently 8:50 PM, and the attendant did an excellent job. I believe he represented the company very well.

I visited the drive-thru and placed an order for my family. The staff repeated the order back to me accurately. However, when we received our food, one of the items was missing. To make matters worse, our drinks were flat, and the ice had melted. When I asked about the missing drink, the employee handed me four drinks but seemed a bit confused. It felt like they might have used drinks from a previous order that had been sitting out. Overall, the customer service was not up to par.

The workers were very inappropriate, immature kids with a bad mouth and they didn?t care to talk that way in front of customers. They have unkept bathrooms and they have roaches. Flies were everywhere and overall experience was awful. Will never be back at this location, needs a -5 star review!
