Ruby Tuesday - Fleming Island

Update 9/2024 Another disappointing experience. Party of 4 and none of the orders were correct. Can't blame it on being busy as there were only a few other tables occupied. 4/23 update Much better service. Very happy. Update 5/2021 Went with a party of 5. Although it was not very busy, it took almost an hour to get our food. We literally had to ask about our appetizers and they came out staggered and we got them less than 2 minutes before the meal. With the exception of a chicken sandwich all the food was cold to lukewarm. The only reason the chicken was hot is that they messed it up the first time and had to remake it. And it came after everyone else was done eating. No one asked how things were. So I am sure they realized how bad everything was. Had this been my first experience at Ruby Tuesday or even my first time at this location I would not be returning. 5/2020 5 star rating Great food and great service

I went to Ruby Tuesday for lunch and had a fantastic experience. Our server and bartender, Jasmine, was incredible! Her recommendations were spot-on and truly elevated our meal. We can't wait to return and see her again!

I sat at the bar with Jasmine and she was amazing. Gave great recommendation. The ruby relaxer was great and the salad bar was amazing. Highly recommend coming to visit her during happy hour

Went for lunch and ordered a hamburger and chicken sandwich. After 40 minutes without food we left. Wasn't that busy.

Joe was our server and he was great. Very friendly and attentive. It’s always a great meal here.
