I was so disappointed in this place. The people were nice, but there were so many things wrong it was sad. The food was cold, my fiancé wanted coke to drink and both machines gave him pure carbonation, the tables were dirty there was food even in the seats, trash can was overflowing. Will not be going back.
When I asked for a side it was gone but had a ton of vegetables hardly any meat left she argues with me about it and refunded to make more told me it was to her code what to give a customer it was barley a scoop and all Vegetables .She was very argumentative threw it out started over and complained had to buy an extra of the side that she finally had to Remake it was so ridicules
I've been here twice. They either give you the wrong food, or just don't have it. I paid for a bowl and they didn't have shrimp, after receiving the wrong food, I went back in and asked if because they had shrimp now and it would only be an upcharge of a dollar if I could get it on top. Because they can't refund I was charged 12 dollars for something that should've cost 6.
So this is the second time in as many attempts we’ve had issues. This time we tried to order via their app. Wasn’t working. So drove to restaurant to order via drive through. They “couldn’t do it”. They couldn’t “offer” the family meal special via drive through. Tried app again while in drive thru line. Still no luck. Finally worked on website, not app. And then they told us to come back to pick it up in 35 minutes because they were too busy! And it was like 3PM. Lowest volume of the day surely. Mind you not a car in line but me. Just as asinine as the first time a few weeks ago. These people need serious customer service training and improved management leadership. Seriously. Possibly rank lowest customer service in this type of fast fresh chain I’ve ever experienced, twice in a row!
