I’ve been coming here for years (to the point the lady remembers my order every Time). Food is good and so is service. It does take a little while for them to make but a lot of their menu items like the General Tso Chicken Pork shrimp lo mein are very good.
I decided to try this place after passing it all the time. What a mistake! My Egg foo young had eggshells in it. The shrimp fried rice was bland. The shrimp tasted like they were boiled..it had absolutely no flavor. Unfortunately, I will not be going back.
Food taste and quality is inconsistent; sometimes it's good; sometimes it's not! I was very disappointed in their fried wontons and their egg rolls. They were over-done; very difficult to chew. The wontons did not taste fresh! The egg rolls were dry and bland! Fortune Garden is one of the more expensive Chinese take-out restaurants around the neighborhood, and I don't think the taste and quality are commensurate with their prices.
Good food. Exactly what you would want expect from a chinese take-out place. Has 3 tables inside to eat.
