Large small Italian place hidden on an old world road in the Funchal-Towm-Zentrum. delicious cabonora very recommended. do not let themselves be fooled by the trattoria style of the restaurant, all pasta is freshly made, perfectly balanced with a sauce. the house wine is beautiful and dessert is brilliant and also just be aware that only a certain amount per day, but whatever it gets it, it is served with a smile and a good chat from the team, especially mira, which is an amazing waitress. family vibes and full-size believers.
When we passed this restaurant, we threw ourselves before glorious aromen, so decided to eat there. in the inner we ordered two beers that were flat when they arrived and when we tried to eat both the tagliatelle and the Risotto dishes (5 in total) were not available! they had only about 15 main courses on the menu, so with so many others available we just on and left. as this place gets 5 stars that I don't understand!
It's the first time I checked a place, but it really had to happen. only 2 stars, because the waiter was really nice. the bruschetta was in order, the charcuterie board was very tasty with authentic Italian products, but we asked for bread and they gave us overly roasted bread, we had to return it. Since our pasta and risotto dishes were undercooked the pasta dishes, the homemade teig was too thick, traveled to italy much in our lives and the reviews we read we had very high expectations for this restaurant, but recommend that the pasta dishes must be worked on gambas pasta, had 4 gambas on it. regarding the risotto, it was really not the best. we asked for parmesan how to make it in an Italian restaurant and they gave us great pieces that claim they do not shave parmesan? and it came with a hair and other food residues they probably used the same knife to cut something else, which is understandable, but should be more careful. overall it did not meet our expectations, which is a scandal, as we were very excited to feed there. could be a cool spot if it gets better.
O atendimento é excelente, com funcionários super prestáveis e atenciosos, sempre prontos a ajudar e a aconselhar quais as melhores opções. Para uma próxima serão experimentados os raviolis, que tão bem nos foram recomendados e sugeridos. Irei com certeza recordar-me deste restaurante sempre que me apetecer comer uma boa massa, assim como irei sempre voltar quando regressar à Madeira.
