Hardee's - Genoa

This place is incredibly dirty! Proceed with caution if you decide to eat here. The staff appear disengaged and exhausted, simply going through the motions without any care. There are no hairnets, gloves, or masks being used. The food was served lukewarm.

The food was cold, the service was slow, and some of the staff were rude. Additionally, I noticed the cook handling food with his bare hands!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff appeared to be under the influence of something, and the male cashier was noticeably unprofessional, even playing with his nose. I ended up asking for a refund. I would recommend avoiding this place!

I make visits to toledo about once a month and usually stop by hardees on the way. Its good food, but the service speed is particularly poor, especially when you are trying to get back on the road.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent!
