Contribuisci feedbackI ordered $45 worth of taco bell. The tacos were slapped together with little in them. They also shorted us two items. I tried to call to report, they just hang up on you. Don't go to the one on county line TRD. Terrible food and service
First off what makes the supreme taco ?supreme??literally two ingredients (sour cream and tomatoes). If 50% of that ?supreme? status is missing?why are the customers being charged for supreme tacos at all?! Also why aren?t the customers being notified of the shortage so they can decide if they want to put the full increase for food they won?t actually receive properly. Second my intentions of calling where to originally just let them know of their error. Being a former QRS manager (for 7+ years) I always like to give teams a heads up or opportunities to make it right. But instead I was treated with an argumentative attitude and discover poor execution of problem solving by the management team. Your ?under new management sign? isn?t going to do much for business if your customers are treated worse then under the previous manager. Team Lyders, get your act together. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and crude attitude of your employees. Also employees loudly yelling, laughing, leaning on counters, and standing around while your drive through is wrapped and cars are experiencing long waits looks awful. Send one of those counter leaders out to clean your parking lot.
So was driving with a friend to Red granite for so dog food. Drive by quite a few Taco Bell?s that weren?t open. Finally found one that served breakfast. Well they did serve breakfast but left us as hungry as we ordered. I ordered the toasted Grande Breast burrito in a bowl no tortilla. Well I got like 6 potato pieces and 4 small pieces of scrambled eggs and some tomatoes and cheese . Now this is a grade so the little bowl from cheesy potatoes is should not have fit in (see picture) and then there?s the bacon cheese egg burritos my fried got(see pictures) this was the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to, being from Chicago where out stuff from the Taco Bell?s all items are filling and compliments well deserved to our Taco bells (Chicago) this just left me very hungry and I had to stop again to get food after a short while. Potatoes in bowl were taken out since I said no potatoes also.
This Taco Bell has the slowest service. You place a mobile order and it takes 20-30 minutes longer then you plan for. Top it off, if you customize your mobile order, it will come out standard without the customization. Once went inside to see if it was better, waited in line with seven others in front of me, not once were we helped in a 15-20 minute span. Has to be the worst service fast-food/ restaurant in the Falls. Avoid
After waiting for 40 min in the line to get food this bad..... I will NEVER give this place any more money! Wish I could get a refund but I am not waisting any more time. Covid 19 is one thing. They were not very good before but I figured since it was drive thru only maybe they could focus more on the food. Not sure who owns or runs this place but it needs help!
